South Calgary is the primary service area, from the far south north through the Chinook area. What repairs do you offer?
Most mechanical repairs are available on most vehicles. Tire installation is not offered because we do not have a tire machine. Contact us with your VIN and repair details to confirm the job.
Do I need to supply the parts?
Yes. Customers supply all required parts, fluids, oil, and filters. Oil-change customers must have the correct oil and oil filter ready before the appointment.
Is customer-supplied work covered by a warranty?
No labour warranty is provided when parts are supplied by the customer. If parts are incorrect or defective and additional time or travel is required to exchange or collect them, extra labour or travel charges may apply.
Why do you need my VIN and trim level?
A VIN and trim level are required for every booking. The VIN replaces the need to enter the vehicle’s year, make, and model, while the trim helps confirm the exact configuration and compatible parts.
What is the minimum charge?
The minimum charge is generally $100. Diagnostics also have a usual minimum fee of $100. Larger jobs are priced using the posted labour rate or a confirmed job price.
How can I pay?
Payment is accepted by e-transfer, debit card, or credit card. Card tap payments have a 2.5% processing fee. Manually entered card payments, including transactions over the tap limit, have a 3.5% processing fee. GST is not currently charged.
Where can you work?
Work can usually be completed in a customer driveway or workplace. Apartment parking lots and roadside locations may be possible, but are assessed case by case because of management permission and safety conditions.
Do you offer evenings, weekends, or emergency help?
Yes, depending on availability and location. Call or text to confirm current availability and any applicable travel charge.
Do you provide emergency mechanic service in Banff?
Banff emergency repair assistance may be available by request. Send the exact location, vehicle VIN, symptoms, and whether the vehicle is in a safe location. Travel, call-out pricing, and repair costs are confirmed before dispatch. For an immediate safety emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate roadside authority.
